Digital Tournament Management: Eliminating BJJ Event Delays

Ending the Chaos in BJJ Tournaments

Organizing a BJJ tournament is a logistical challenge. The organizer's greatest enemy is delay, which frustrates athletes, parents, and coaches. The solution isn't just more staff; it's better technology.

Optimizing Mat Flow

The key to a delay-free event is predictability. With Dojo10, you centralize bracket management and athlete calls.

| Problem | Digital Solution | | :--- | :--- | | Manual calling | Push notifications | | Bracket errors | Automated seeding | | Slow scoring | Integrated scoreboard |

Step-by-Step for a Flawless Schedule

1. **Integrated Registration:** Avoid manual spreadsheets. Use the system to validate weights and belts automatically. 2. **Bracket Generation:** Use algorithms that prevent teammates from facing each other in the first round. 3. **Real-time Monitoring:** Have a central dashboard showing which match is happening on each mat.

How Dojo10 Solves This

Dojo10 automates everything from document verification to result publishing. With our tool, the referee controls the scoreboard, and the system automatically releases the next match, reducing downtime.
